NextCERTIFY is the counterpart product for community colleges, CTE Program institutions and 2yr course institutions in the USA.
NextCERTIFY is designed to operationally assist the administrators, the teachers, trainers and assessors, the students as well as regulatory and accrediting bodies.
NextCERTIFY encourages a full faculty approach to gathering evidence without endless emails searching for supporting documents.
NextCERTIFY allows for the collection and gathering of authentic assessment evidence for students, through our patented (pending) Evidence Manager, utilising photo, video and voice recording options in addition to more traditional written forms of assessment materials. With each piece of evidence Geo and Timestamped as it is gathered, authenticity of multiple types of evidence can be guaranteed like never before.

Gaining Credentials for past work experience and training can require mountains of paper work and hours of time sorting through applications.
Next for PLA is a cloud-based evidence management platform that allows students to upload evidence of work experience and past certifications to demonstrate skills that gain credit points towards credentials. Colleges can populate the system with their individual requirements for PLA, and then students, through their own password protected log in, can begin to upload evidence against the Colleges requirements.
Not only can paper documents be uploaded, students can also upload geo and time stamped video or photographic evidence of their work place skills. When it gets to the college, it is sorted into the predetermined areas and teachers and other faculty members can view Eportfolio evidence and can provide students with feedback through our instant chat feature.
All the evidence submitted by the students will be in the one place, so there is no need to sort through mountains of emails, zipped files, drop boxes, or worse still, half a rainforest of paper evidence in the post!

Gaining recognition for past work experience and training can require mountains of paper work and hours of time sorting through recognition of prior learning applications.
Next for RPL is a cloud-based evidence management platform that allows students to upload geo and time stamped work place evidence to support their application for recognition of prior learning. In addition to video, photo and voice recording capabilities, students can also upload documents required for RPL such as resumes, job descriptions and samples of professional development attendance.
The RTO can prepopulate the E-portfolio with the evidence requirements, and then students can directly upload the required evidence into the predetermined library. When the RTO receives the submission, it is sorted and ready for assessment. Voice recording capabilities also support competency questioning in person. Rather than the assessor having to manually record the applicant’s response, they can hit record on the evidence manager, and the whole conversation is recorded and saved with the rest of the RPL evidence. No question of subjectivity, real time evidence capturing all of the candidate’s response.
